How did FBI do its background check of Obama’s birth records?

How come we still do not know the name of the hospital, the name of the doctor, or anything solid related to the original birth records? Many reporters, investigators, private detectives have searched all hospitals there and have not found a single shred of evidence of Obama’s birth records. If FBI ever contacted the right hospital or any place related to his birth, somebody they talked to would leak something by now.

They will most likely have a case about McCain and Obama on December the 5th. The case will be about this stuff, and how it goes against the constitution.

You seem quite bitter and worked up about this issue… I dont think what the FBI does really concerns you. They’re doing their job.. get on with yours and stop worrying about Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Birth records are private, and off limits to investigators, reporters and the like. Getting requests from these people compared to an order by the FBI is a little different. How would you like your birth records exposed for all to see. The Federal Government currently run by a Republican is satified. Give it up. If you want to do a little investigating, why don’t you check into McCain’s place of birth. He was born in Panama on a naval base, so he says. Where is his birth certificate?

Yes, I agree. We do need to know. That’s why there is a constitutional requirement for president….just for this exact reason. If there is a requirement for the president to be a natural born citizen, then how in the hell is that private? You people saying that are…..stupid.

What would it say about our FBI, CIA, Republicans, Homeland Security, etc if they not only let a man be Senator, but make it all the way to president, without debunking his claim to be born in Hawaii…
You mean to tell me that they can’t come up with a solid bit of evidence or proof that this man was born in another Country, but he was?
You mean to tell me that our capabilities as a country with obtaining information is so limited that this man was born in Kenya and our government can’t prove it?
Are they just that incompetent?
These are some of the same people saying there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq..
So maybe he really -was- born here, or maybe they really do **** at their jobs…?

They didn’t. Nor does the FEC, it’s initially the Party’s responsibility, and each State could, as they decide ballot access, but NONE do, and then it’s verified by the Electors and Congress… after the General Election.
The 20th Amendment even spells out what happens if Congress, after getting the Electoral vote, finds the President Elect unqualified… it’s in section 3.
Generally, it’s assumed the Candidate is eligible if he/she is known.
WHAT? None of our business? Read the US Constitution.. it sure as hell is!

Lets try and clairfy somethings, To be a US senator, You do Not repeat
do not have to be a naturalized US citizen. So that argument is total

for over 25 years. There is a total set of ground rules when it comes’
to the office of President, I will not and can not go into them. Obama
IMO is not Legal to take the office on Jan 20. We are not protecting

A lot of people were upset at this. I was hearing from Democrat friends as well as Republicans.
Americans have an odd sense of fair play and when it looks like someone isn’t playing fair they go to work on them.
However, the answer does not really matter since Obama is the president and he does not want his birth information made public.
Something like, “It’s the victors who write history”.
Whatever the truth is, we need to move on.

To correct you, its the secret service, not the FBI that does the background checks. They do it on senators and congressmen too. They verify that you are a citizen, to the idiot above me, while he is right that you don’t have to be a natural citizen, that is the only thing obama would be, He would not be eligible to run for president if he wasn’t. And yes they do check when you announce your candidacy
As far as your completely idiotic remark about hospital records, reporters cant look at hospital records so they wouldn’t be able to find my birth records there either.

it was not required to be done at the time only after the fact when he was accused of lying on his application to run for pres……the online document has already been found to be a forgery, and the news paper article is after his mother flew with an infant a few months old to hawaii, so he is actually about 2 months older than he stated. and if someone runs for pres. than his records are a matter of public record, and should be allowed to be accessed by anyone, when running for pres one no longer has a right to privacy

Our Constitution is at Stake! Please get informed!
To all the nay sayers that haven’t done their homework. Obama has not proven his eligibility to be president. He isn’t even president elect until after the Electoral College meets in December. If it still wasn’t a problem with his eligibility, the case wouldn’t be all the way to the Supreme Ct. There are two there. One is Berg’s and the other is Leo Donofrio’s. There are 17 lawsuits and 3 petitions now for Obama to prove his eligibility. These were started before the election. Obama has 8 attorneys hired to cover up and handle all of the lawsuits. Why? The only logical explanation is that he is not eligible under the Constitution. Remember he said the constitution needs updating.
He is not above the law. It is not up to the FBI or CIA to determine his eligibility. It really is up to the Secretary of State in each state to protect the ballots of the people and get verification. The DNC also should have done it. Read and listen to the articles below.
The one on Obama’s website is a fake/forgery as is the one on Fact Check, Snopes. Those are not vaulted birth certificates. Those still have nothing to do with his being eligible under the Constitution. He must be a natural born citizen and it is spelled out in the Constitution.
Listen to the radio broadcast to understand what a natural born citizen is. It is quite interesting, although long. Leo explains the Constitutional requirements and how it was written by our founding fathers.
Another article describes what happens if a “usurper” gets into office and isn’t qualified to be president. In other words, no laws, no treaties, nothing would be legal.

Medical records as well as birth records are protected by law, and someone who “leaks” that info is subject to prosecution.
the law also provides for agencies like Homeland security, the State Dept, the FBI or others that have AUTHORITY TO SEE such records.
Is there some reason that people expect those legal authorities to discuss what they do with you or me??
The Hawaii dept of Vital statistics DID issue the above statement, in a credible news source that confirms that the copy posted online is backed by legitmate records in their files.
I’d say they are more credible than anyone you are going to come across, and should help you understand why reporters, etc. are trying to violate the law in attempts to find private records.
Or, to put it another way.. how the &*%$ does someone expect that since the FBI DID NOT talk to the public about it.. that it means it DID NOT HAPPEN??
