Where can a person get hired without doing a background check?

My bf is searching for a job and can’t get one. He has a bad mark on his background but it isn’t that bad but since it is there. Where can he get a job at? There are applications that say they do a background check up say that it has no effect on the hiring process. Where can he find one in Washington County, MD or Franklin County, PA?

Well, I can tell you honestly most people who do hireing do not even bother with doing background checks, unless it is a state job or a federal job, or one where you would be working around children or high security. The reason for this is, it is a pain to do, and also takes time, and costs them money to get one done. Alot of people fill in the space where it says “Do you have a criminal background?” Blank or say no, cause more than likely they wont check and take you at your word anyway.
